Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA34C/316, subject to pipeline easements S. 412460 and H. 258791.2 and subject to a right of way easement appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice, such grant being in accordance with the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952.
