Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. H3/1343, subject to Joint Family Home 200500 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. H3/1341, subject to mortgage No. 362641.9.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. H3/1342, subject to mortgage No. 366036.2 and Joint Family Home 423243.
