Road Realignment-Batley Road, Kaipara District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 766/75, subject to a right of way easement over the portion described in the Third Schedule, appurtenant to the land described in the Fourth Schedule, upon the terms and conditions described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice, and subject to memoranda of mortgage C. 059293.3, 256494.3 and B. 752632.8.
