Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council amends the notice dated the 25th day of October 2001 and headed Declaration That Land is a Reserve and That Reserve Land is Renamed and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 November 2001, No. 153, page 3793, by removing in the 11th line of the First Schedule:
"C.T. 48C/93"
and substituting:
"C.T. 58C/986"
