Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Gore District Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Gore District Council on 23 April 2002:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gore District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
