Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the service lane described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the service lane described in the Schedule hereto to be road and remain vested in the Manukau City Council.
