Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
4 July 2002, No. 76, page 2036, by deleting from the recital
"hereby acquired, subject as to the area firstly described to a right of way contained in easement certificate B. 606241.3"
and substituting
"hereby acquired, together with and subject to the easements contained in easement certificate B. 606241.3"
