Present:
HER EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 71 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and at the request of Transit New Zealand, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 28th day after the date of notification of
this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be revoked as a motorway.
Schedule
All that section of State Highway No. 1 commencing at
a point (Route Position 683/7.50) 1.8 kilometres south of
the intersection with Donalds Hill Road, proceeding in a generally southerly direction to a point (Route Position 683/9.40) approximately 1 kilometre north of Pigeon Flat Overbridge; being those parcels of land shown on S.O. Plan 24829, marked "AA", "H", "I", "J", "K", "L", "M", "N", "O", "R", "U", "X", "Y" and "Z"; and shown on S.O. Plan 23742, marked "B", "C", "D", "G" and "I"; and the land comprised in certificates of title 12C/504, 12C/505, 12C/506 and 12C/507.
