In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Waikato District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on
27 February 2001:
"That under section 14 of the Act, the Waikato District Council resolves to declare that the pieces of land held in fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule, be declared to be recreation reserve."

1.1932 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan S. 76271 and Section 2, Survey Office Plan 61161. All certificate of title 70B/692.
