Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares a drainage easement as defined in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 is to be acquired over the land described in the Schedule to this notice and vested in the land contained in certificate of title 36/229, and to be appurtenant to the balance of the land in certificate of title 21D/797 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
