Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 23 October 2001, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 November 2001, No. 149, page 3710, by adding to the recital after the words Wellington Registry:
"and subject to all the interests and encumbrances
on C.T. 57C/52,".
