Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Gore District Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Gore District Council on 26 February 2002:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gore District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and to be classified as local purpose reserve (community buildings)."
