Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of May 2002,
headed "Road Realignment-Harris Road, Porirua City" and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 2002, No. 62, page 1623, by removing the word "and" from between the words "Second" and "Third" on the second
line of paragraph (b) and substituting "," and inserting between the words "Third" and "Schedules" on the same line the words ", Fourth, Fifth and Sixth".
