Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to be called Awakoko Reserve for the purpose of a meeting place for
the common use and benefit of the owners and their
whanau.

All that piece of land situated in Te Kaha Block V, and described as follows:
