Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of February 2002, and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
14 February 2002, No. 14, page 444, by deleting all references made in that notice to
"recreation reserve"
and substituting
"public recreation area pursuant to section 601 of the Local Government Act 1974".
