of a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) and (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
13 December 1951, No. 91, page 1836, are hereby redefined as follows:
"A Maori reservation for the common use of the Ngati
Te Rangitawhia, Ngati Tamatatai, Ngati Pihaka and Ngati Pareahotea Hapu o Ngati Wehi Wehi ki te tonga as the Marae Matua site to be known as Te Kotahitanga o te Iwi o Ngati Wehi Wehi."
