A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the
Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in
the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

123 square metres; shown as "Section 9" on S.O. Plan 14780, being part Section 9, Town of Waipuku and being part of the land contained in certificate of title 21/141 (Taranaki Land Registry).
78 square metres; shown as "Section 4" on S.O. Plan 14865, being part Section 9, Town of Waipuku and being part
of the land contained in certificate of title 21/141 (Taranaki Land Registry).
