Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for education purposes and shall be vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 31, Onamalutu Survey District, being all of the land contained in Gazette Notice 53833 (S.O. Plan 4181).
