and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and further declares that the land firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land comprised and described in certificate of title NL10C/194, subject to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, mortgage 404607.1 (Nelson Registry), certificate 5078050.1.
