Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council declares that on 4 June 2002,
the council resolved to change the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule is classified to local purpose reserve (road).

77 square metres, more or less, being Lot 25 on D.P. S. 77543, being the land contained in certificate of title 51C/590.
