Whangarei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 704/274, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 401515.4.
(ii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13C/947.
(iii) The area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13C/798.
(iv) The area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 November 1892, Issue No. 10, page 1491.
