Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council declares that on 4 June 2002,
the Council resolved:
(a) To change the purpose for which the land described in the First Schedule is classified to local purpose reserve (drainage).
(b) To change the purpose for which the land described in the Second Schedule is classified to local purpose reserve (access way).

First Schedule
Land to be Classified as Local Purpose Reserve (Drainage)
400 square metres, more or less, being Lot 42 on D.P. S. 68658, being the land contained in certificate of
title SA26252.
Second Schedule
Land to be Classified as Local Purpose Reserve (Access Way)
600 square metres, more or less, being Lot 43 on D.P. S. 68658, being the land contained in certificate of
title 55A/495.
