Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 1 March 1991, declaring land road and stopping road, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
7 March 1991, No. 36, page 769, by deleting paragraph
(b) (iii) from the recital in that notice and substituting the following:
(iii) Area "H", now known as Section 2, S.O. 58382, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA571/164, limited as to parcels, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 028453.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
