Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice (excluding minerals reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950), is hereby acquired for road and vested in the North Shore City Council.
