Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Southland District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule being taken for severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SL7C/971, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule being stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SL.7C/971, subject to all existing encumbrances.
