Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 25 August 1997, Declaring Land to be Crown Land, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 1997, No. 108, page 2545, by adding the words
"subject to the Land Act 1948"
at the end of the body of the notice.
