Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 13C/869 (Nelson Registry), subject to esplanade strip instrument 5051117.1.
