Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and that pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the same land is hereby acquired for State school and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
