Whangarei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that:
(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 85A/879, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 384641.2.
(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 118C/53, subject to memorandum of mortgage 233350.2 and subject to the granting of an easement right to transmit electricity over the southern portion of the Scheduled land being to the south of an extension of the north-western boundary of easement area marked "A" on D.P. 188368 to the road.
(iii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 115D/993.
(iv) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 118C/381.
(v) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 121A/595.
