A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The
Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and shall vest in
the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Hawke's Bay Land District-Tauranga District
203 square metres, being parts Section 7, Block VII, Woodville Survey District and being all of the land contained in certificate of title HBL4/360 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry).
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 24th day of May 2002.
