Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be
road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3) amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 37D/69, subject to mortgage No. B. 396541.2.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Crown.
(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and shall remain vested in the Crown, subject to mortgage No. B. 396541.2.
