Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 31 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further declares:
(i) Section 4 shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title 31C/780, subject to mortgage H. 700778 and pipeline certificate S. 412462.
(ii) Sections 5 and 10 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 28C/475, subject to mortgage B. 369328.3.
(iii) Section 7 shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title 34B/62, subject to mortgage H. 460172.2 and pipeline certificates S. 412461
and H. 258789.3.
(iv) Section 11 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1103/232, subject to mortgage B. 321115.2.
(v) Section 13 shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title 34B/61, subject to mortgage H. 460172.2 and pipeline certificates S. 412461
and H. 258789.3.
