New Zealand, declares:
(a) The portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 44A/756 (Wellington Registry), and subject to all interests and encumbrances on C.T. 44A/756, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 24B/782 (Wellington Registry) on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) The portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 57C/317 (Wellington Registry), and subject to all interests and encumbrances on C.T. 57C/317, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
