Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 5 February 2002, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
14 February 2002, No. 14, page 447, by deleting all references to the
"Telecommunications Act 1987"
and replacing the same with the
"Telecommunications Act 2001".
