Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), the portion of land described in the Third Schedule to this notice be declared severance and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
