Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for segregation strip and vested in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to a pedestrian access easement, described in the Second Schedule to this notice, over Section 15, aforesaid, in favour of the balance of the land in certificate of title 72B/147.
