Under the Reserves Act 1977, and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation, the South Wairarapa District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 24 April 2002:
"That under section 14 of the Act, the South Wairarapa District Council resolves to declare that the land held in fee simple by the council below, to be the land held
in fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule below to be recreation reserve, subject to section 17 of the Act."

895 square metres in total, more or less, being Lot
2, D.P. 80203, in certificate of title 46D/975.
