Pursuant to section 338 (5) (a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court to exclude areas from the Maori reservation created by virtue of a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 June 1990, No. 90, page 2007, the area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the said Maori reservation.
