Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution
was passed by the Banks Peninsula District Council on
23 January 2002:
"Resolved that in terms of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Banks Peninsula District Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve for the purposes specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act."
