Pursuant to section 4 (1) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, being parts of the land referred to in
Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 as the "Tauranga Harbour Lands", to be declared reserves and classified under
the Reserves Act 1977, for the purposes specified in the Schedule.
