Notice Cancelling a Maori Reservation and

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as
a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori reservation comprising Maori freehold land described in the First Schedule hereto, as set apart by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 September 1971, No. 72, page 2018, is hereby cancelled.
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and recreation ground for
the common use and benefit of the owners and members
of the Ngati Maniapoto tribes and related subtribes and to
be called Te Keeti Marae.
