Pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive Officer of the Hutt City Council declares that the recreation reserve described in the Schedule is to be known as Tom James Park.
This declaration follows a resolution made by the Operations and Compliance Committee of the Hutt City Council at its meeting on 5 March 2002.
This site has previously been unofficially known as McManaway Grove Reserve and is located in Stokes Valley.

This property is owned by the Hutt City Council and has been classified as recreation reserve under the Reserves Act 1977.
