Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 15 March 2002, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 March 2002, No. 30, page 810, by deleting the road to be stopped fourthly described in the Second Schedule and adding the following description to the Third Schedule:
