Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10761, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and consent notice 5064462.1.
