Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence, excepting thereout the minerals contained in certificate of title, Volume 7B, folio 850, and together with a right of way easement created by transfer 27006, shall remain vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
