this notice is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to right of way, electricity supply, water supply, gas
supply, telecommunications, sanitary sewer drainage and storm water drainage contained in easement certificate D. 273330.6., and is vested in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
