Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the
Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in
the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.

3.0279 hectares, more or less, being Sections 100 and 106, Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey District, certificates of title 19C/166 and 19C/167.
