Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired
for road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and when stopped to be incorporated with the land held in special lease S. 336, described in C.T. 6D/1163, subject to land improvement agreement under the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, by Transfer 699225, mortgage No. 963076.5; mortgage No. 5000801.1 and a right-of-way created by Transfer 5006304.2.
