Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 15745, subject to Gazette Notice 080079.1.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 15745, subject to Gazette Notice 080079.1.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52 (1), to be set apart for use in connection with a road.
