Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of that reserve
land described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

1422 square metres, more or less, being Lot 16, D.P. 9879.
Second Schedule
569 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 288,
C.T. 9A/433;
134 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 5863, C.T. 226/29;
506 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 5863, C.T. 5B/596;
80 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 5512, C.T. 5A/128; and
225 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 5512, C.T. 5A/128.
